The Search Party is an Australian online recruitment marketplace founded in 2011 that uses powerful algorithms and big-data analytics to connect employers, job seekers and recruiters and anonymise candidate profiles. To deliver fast, accurate matches at scale it needed a responsive, always-on, high‑transaction infrastructure — without the cost or headcount of a large permanent operations team.
