Ontario Systems - Customer Case Study

Ontario Systems, a provider of revenue-recovery SaaS (Contact Savvy) for RCM, ARM and government markets, faced rising connectivity costs and complexity: many customers kept routers in Ontario’s data center and paid for expensive dedicated fiber to access the platform. To support latency‑sensitive, real‑time services and enable fast, secure private links to multiple cloud providers (including AWS), Ontario needed a way to consolidate and simplify interconnections.

Working with Datapipe and Equinix, Ontario deployed its network switch stack in Equinix’s Ashburn facility and used the Equinix Cloud Exchange to create virtualized private connectivity to cloud partners. The result was a higher‑performing, more resilient and cost‑effective network that reduced customer bandwidth costs and improved VoIP and real‑time application quality.
