Niterra needed a partner to rapidly move and consolidate three data centers and its SAP environment to the cloud without disrupting business operations. Rackspace Technology designed a secure Google Cloud landing zone, migrated all virtual machines and core SAP landscapes, and coordinated a phased, optimized transition across global teams. The project finished ahead of schedule: the SAP move went live in two months, the server migration was completed in eight weeks, and the overall data center consolidation was delivered several months earlier than Niterra’s internal timeline, with no major disruption to operations.
