Rapid growth pushed its infrastructure to process unprecedented transaction volumes and data, creating pressure to scale throughput, maintain availability and deliver real-time insights for hundreds of clients.
Rackspace migrated Eagle Eye from a dedicated environment to Google Cloud and provided managed services, CRE/SRE guidance and DevOps support to build reliability and scalability into the platform. The AIR platform now handles up to 3,000 API requests per second, supported a 556% increase in coupon redemptions (403 million redemptions last year), and delivers the high availability and global scalability Eagle Eye needs to continue growing.
