Luckie launches an AI pilot with Amazon Q to streamline knowledge management

Luckie, a marketing solutions company that has used machine learning since 2015, wanted to explore generative AI to improve internal operations and make its distributed knowledge easier to access. Its challenge was that large volumes of content were scattered across Slack, AWS servers, and Microsoft SharePoint, making it time-consuming for employees to find the most up-to-date documents. Luckie turned to Rackspace Technology, which was already supporting its AWS infrastructure, and used Amazon Q Business as the first AI pilot.

Rackspace Technology helped Luckie launch the pilot to test how generative AI could improve access to its internal knowledge base. The solution aimed to streamline retrieval of strategic briefs, creative assets, and reporting stored in multiple formats and systems. While the case study focuses on the pilot stage rather than final metrics, the initiative gave Luckie confidence to move forward quickly with AI experimentation and laid the groundwork for more efficient internal workflows with Rackspace Technology.
