Librerías Gandhi, a leading bookseller in Mexico with more than 29 stores, needed to modernize its e-commerce channel to offer customers a fast, secure and user-friendly way to buy from a catalog of over 320,000 titles (including 90,000 e-books). The challenge was to rebuild the online store to handle roughly 1.5 million visits and about 18,000 orders per month without sacrificing performance or experience.
