Kalibrate is a next‑generation SaaS provider for fuel and convenience retail performance management, delivering integrated, data‑driven solutions across pricing, location, marketing and operations. After merging with a location‑intelligence specialist, Kalibrate faced the challenge of unifying data and location analytics into a single, high‑performance, globally consistent cloud ecosystem that could scale, support mobile users, and keep total cost of ownership low.

Working with Rackspace, Kalibrate deployed a customised private cloud on dedicated Rackspace infrastructure using Microsoft Hyper‑V, the Azure Pack and VMware virtualization, plus Site Recovery Manager and Fanatical Support. The result was a fast, stable, scalable platform that enabled rapid platform builds and migrations (including a £10m project with two platforms and 10 setups migrated in four months), helped win major clients such as BP, and created a multi‑million pound pipeline while futureproofing ongoing innovation.
