Using Amazon Q and Amazon QuickSight, the team tested whether clinicians and analysts could retrieve insights faster and more intuitively for better decision-making.

Rackspace Technology supported the AI initiative by guiding the integration, helping with QuickSight’s AI features, and refining metadata configurations for more accurate queries. The PoC showed faster insight generation, improved usability through natural-language querying, and better trend visualization, positioning Infocare Healthcare to enhance reporting and support more informed clinical decisions.
