Club Champion is the largest premium golf club fitter in the U.S., with 70+ locations and rapid expansion that exposed growing pains: manual, paper‑based workflows, disconnected systems and poor handoffs between sales, operations and finance threatened their customer experience and ability to scale. They needed a cloud‑based solution to automate order entry, unify customer data and support faster, more accurate builds.
Rackspace implemented a Salesforce‑centered platform integrated with tools such as Pardot, Accounting Seed, Avalara, Gridbuddy, Chargent, CalendarAnything and Conga to manage the end‑to‑end fitting‑to‑sale process. The result: order processing fell from ~30 minutes to under a minute, average turnaround improved by about two days, inventory shrinkage and errors declined, and Club Champion gained real‑time KPIs and a scalable foundation for continued U.S. growth and international expansion.
