Rackspace delivered a hybrid solution—dedicated SQL hardware plus cloud block storage, load balancers and RackConnect—backed by Fanatical Support, becoming CINC’s de facto operations team. The result: CINC can focus on building software while Rackspace manages infrastructure, supporting more than 500 million web requests and 20+ TB of data per month, 150–250 ms response times, and daily processing of 40–50 million property photos and MLS records.
