Be A Part Of (BAPO), a Canada-based ecommerce and digital solutions firm, needed a way to securely access scattered data across platforms like Asana, Google Drive, Slack, and BigCommerce. To improve productivity and speed up analysis, BAPO turned to Rackspace Technology and its Foundry for AI by Rackspace (FAIR) service for a role-based, AI-driven solution.

Rackspace Technology implemented a custom chatbot on AWS using Amazon Q Business, Amazon Cognito, and Amazon QuickSight to unify search, enforce role-based access, and support revenue analysis. The proof of concept achieved 100% accuracy on 20 test questions and is expected to reduce search time and improve operational efficiency by over 25%, while giving BAPO faster, more actionable insights.
