Allcargo Group’s ECU Worldwide accelerates global logistics operations by modernizing infrastructure on AWS cloud

Allcargo Group, through ECU Worldwide, was undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation to improve customer experience and modernize its infrastructure. The company needed to move from three on-premises data centers across the US, Europe, and Asia to a more scalable cloud environment while minimizing disruption and strengthening backup, recovery, security, and compliance. Rackspace Technology supported the effort as the implementation partner, alongside AWS cloud services.

Rackspace Technology helped execute the migration in two phases to Amazon Web Services, moving workloads to Amazon EC2, EC2 Dedicated Host, Amazon EBS, FSx ONTAP, and Amazon EFS. In total, about 530 servers were migrated successfully, giving Allcargo Group the scalability to handle peak demand, improved storage flexibility, and stronger resilience. The result was a modernized digital platform with better customer touchpoints, improved operational agility, and reduced business risk.
