Jordan’s Run the Runway raises $51,321 and hosts a COVID-secure event with Race Roster

Jordan’s Run the Runway (JRTR), a 5K run/walk fundraiser, faced numerous challenges executing their 2020 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including securing sponsors, gaining participant confidence, and completely redesigning their setup to be safe and contactless. To overcome these obstacles, they partnered with their vendor, Race Roster, for event management and registration support.

With Race Roster's support, JRTR implemented a comprehensive COVID-secure plan featuring contactless check-in, new safety procedures, and increased communication. As a result, the event exceeded its fundraising goal by raising $51,321 and surpassed its target with 347 runners, all while maintaining a safe environment. Race Roster was cited as an essential partner in helping to adapt the event successfully.
