Ledgertech partnered with R3 to help Bharti AXA modernize its motor accident insurance claims process. Using R3’s Corda Enterprise platform, Ledgertech built an end-to-end claims solution for Bharti AXA that enabled digital damage reporting, photo-based proof of loss, approved repairer recommendations, and tamper-proof data sharing for no-claims bonus information. The result was a significant reduction in claims management costs, damage assessment times cut from hours or days to minutes, and a much better customer experience, with plans to expand the solution further across insurance operations.
