Ledgertech partnered with R3 to help Bharti AXA modernize its motor accident insurance claims process. The insurer was dealing with a highly manual, fragmented workflow that relied on paperwork, phone calls, emails, and multiple handoffs between customers, assessors, and repairers, making claims slow, costly, and difficult to track.

Using R3’s Corda Enterprise platform, Ledgertech built an end-to-end claims solution for Bharti AXA that enabled digital damage reporting, photo-based proof of loss, approved repairer recommendations, and tamper-proof data sharing for no-claims bonus information. The result was a significant reduction in claims management costs, damage assessment times cut from hours or days to minutes, and a much better customer experience, with plans to expand the solution further across insurance operations.
