A r2c Case Study
The customer Pebble Beach, a renowned hospitality destination, faced the challenge of managing its world-class amenities across six disparate and siloed reservation systems, including SpaSoft and SevenRooms. These systems did not communicate with each other or with the property's access management platform, leading to manual data re-entry, duplicate guest records, and a disjointed experience for both staff and members. Vendor r2c was engaged to address this systems integration challenge without a full rip-and-replace of the existing software.
r2c extended Pebble Beach's existing access platform by building a configurable ETL pipeline to ingest and unify reservation data from all six sources into a single, cohesive record. The solution integrated payment processing via Shift4 and provided the Pebble Beach team with self-service admin tools for data management. The results were significant: six source systems were resolved into one, creating a unified record for each member that combines spa, dining, golf, and gate access. This eliminated data silos and manual reconciliation, allowing payments to be handled in-platform and empowering staff to manage operations without engineering support.
