Faith Family Academy, where John Rimmer teaches 8th and 9th grade math, had a need for a student response tool that could keep students engaged while giving him quick feedback on what they understood. Qwizdom’s Student Response System was used across bell ringer questions, debriefs, self-paced work, and test-response review to support day-to-day classroom assessment.
With Qwizdom, Mr. Rimmer was able to gather immediate formative data, see misconceptions right away, and use a wider range of question types such as multiple choice, numeric, fractions, and decimals. He also used features like multiple answer keys, station-based activities, SMART Board integration, and Fast Track review games, resulting in more engaged students and more assessment data than he could typically use.
