Law Squared, an Australian legal firm serving clients in Australia and the UK, wanted to modernize its sales and proposal process as part of a broader digital transformation. Working with Qwilr, they set out to replace a slow, manual, and fragmented workflow that relied on Word, InDesign, email back-and-forth, and separate signing tools.
Using Qwilr’s web-based proposal platform and Salesforce integration, Law Squared combined proposals and cost agreements into one streamlined step, automated client activation, and reduced design and administrative overhead. Qwilr helped the firm deliver more polished, interactive proposals and at least 10–15 proposals are now accepted each week, with significantly faster turnaround times and a better client and team experience.
