Marina Square, one of Singapore’s largest shopping malls, needed a better way to manage heavy daily foot traffic, answer general queries, and organize long queues for its many promotions and weekend events. The mall’s staff were spending too much time guiding customers, updating them on wait times, and arranging visitors by arrival order. To address these challenges, Marina Square turned to Qwaiting and its queue management tools.
Qwaiting implemented a solution built around a Kiosk App for self-registration and token generation, digital signage for live queue updates, automated reminders via text and WhatsApp, and a dedicated dashboard with real-time reports. As a result, Marina Square reduced staff effort, improved visitor flow, and made waiting more transparent for customers, who now know their turn and can wait more comfortably. The system also helped the mall categorize visitors more efficiently and streamline administrative duties.
