Qventus implemented machine learning and AI-driven solutions that streamlined discharge planning, optimized OR scheduling, and automated patient communication. As a result, HonorHealth created capacity equivalent to 181 beds, saved $69 million by reducing excess days, added 224 incremental surgeries per month, and achieved a 9.6x return on investment.
