Thinkinside, a high‑tech startup building the RetailerIN in‑store analytics platform, needed reliable, real‑time indoor positioning with roughly 20 cm accuracy, full store coverage, scalability and easy remote management—requirements that prior options like Wi‑Fi localization could not meet. To address this, Thinkinside evaluated and adopted Quuppa’s High Accuracy Indoor Positioning (HAIP) technology.

Quuppa provided a complete HAIP solution—18 mm x 18 mm tags, ceiling locators, a positioning engine and deployment/monitoring tools—that enabled Thinkinside to develop, test and launch RetailerIN. Using Quuppa’s system, RetailerIN delivers real‑time location data (≈20 cm accuracy) for heat maps, people counting and dwell‑time analytics, helping retailers optimize product placement, shelf revenue and targeted marketing; the platform is cost‑efficient, scalable and now sold to store owners and chains worldwide.
