Morita tracks 700 fire trucks a year with Quuppa

Morita, a major fire truck manufacturer, faced significant challenges in tracking vehicles through their complex production process. Their large factory floor, full of metal structures, made it difficult to locate and monitor trucks in real time. To solve this, they adopted a Bluetooth® asset-tracking solution from Quuppa, implemented by their partner Kokusai Kogyo.

The Quuppa solution involved installing Locators and attaching tags to each truck, providing high-accuracy real-time location data. This allowed employees to easily locate trucks, monitor their progress, and predict potential delays. The results exceeded expectations, making production much more efficient. Morita plans to extend the use of Quuppa technology to other areas of their operation.
