Kloeckner Metals, a Tulsa-based flat rolled steel facility, needed a faster and more standardized way to locate metal across its large, highly reflective warehouse. The company was losing time searching for materials, which hurt operational efficiency, delivery performance, and revenue. Quuppa deployed 70 locators and 4,000 tags to track assets more accurately and convert precise positions into easy-to-use zone locations for staff and ERP updates. The solution cut load times from 45 minutes to 7 minutes, reduced overtime by 11%, increased output by 3 truckloads per day, and added an estimated USD 15,000–20,000 in shipments per day.
