Aarthi Scans and Labs, one of India’s largest integrated diagnostic chains, needed a faster way to support night-time reads of Non-Contrast Head CTs in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where neurologists and radiologists were often unavailable. To help manage urgent trauma and stroke cases more quickly, the company turned to Qure.ai and its qER head CT interpretation platform.

Qure.ai implemented qER across Aarthi Scans’ 40 centers via a central PACS workflow, enabling scans to be triaged, quantified, and routed for review in under a minute, with preliminary results shared immediately with physicians. The impact was significant: nearly 2,000 head CTs were processed, 22% were flagged critical, and in Tenkasi the symptom-to-treatment time dropped from more than 7 hours to 2.5–5.5 hours, a 30–70% reduction.
