A Qure4u Case Study
Unified Women’s Healthcare, a large women’s healthcare practice management organization with more than 1,700 providers across 12 states and DC, needed a better way to engage affiliated physicians and patients amid rapid growth and acquisitions. The team wanted a more integrated digital communications tool tied to the EMR so providers could access messages, reports, and practice information from mobile devices instead of relying on email and scattered content. Qure4u was selected to support this need, using its platform for provider and patient communication.
Qure4u implemented an integrated, white-labeled solution featuring real-time patient schedules, financial reports, secure messaging, patient safety incident reporting, newsfeed messages, and patient-facing tools such as digital check-in, telehealth, and care plan support. The result was greater physician transparency, easier access to financial and operational information, and improved patient engagement without disrupting clinical workflows. Unified Women’s Healthcare also reported that Qure4u’s modular approach and ability to build features quickly helped support ongoing expansion, with the platform now positioned for additional clinical decision support and revenue cycle management integrations.
