Premier Family Physicians, an independent physician-owned practice with five locations and more than 40 providers, needed a safer, more efficient way to manage patient intake, payments, and care during and after COVID-19. They turned to Qure4u for digital check-in and other patient engagement tools to reduce physical contact, eliminate manual processes, and improve the patient journey.
Qure4u implemented a customized digital health strategy including self-check-in, payment collection, telehealth, self-scheduling, and automated screeners across locations. The results included 267,000 tasks automated in 2020, 28% of visits conducted virtually, and 73% of appointments self-scheduled, while also improving staff satisfaction and helping patients check in from home, update history remotely, and reduce waiting room time.
