Clovis Oncology accelerates Phase I rociletinib development with Quotient Sciences

Clovis Oncology, a US-based biopharmaceutical company focused on cancer treatments, needed to efficiently develop an optimized salt formulation for their oral candidate drug, rociletinib. They chose to work with Quotient Sciences and leverage their Translational Pharmaceutics® platform to address this challenge.

Using this flexible, data-driven approach, Quotient Sciences conducted a Phase I study on healthy volunteers. This enabled the rapid development of the optimized formulation for Clovis Oncology's promising drug candidate. The solution provided by Quotient Sciences successfully met the program's goals for this non-small cell lung cancer treatment.
