BrightLight LED Lighting Solutions, an Auckland and Christchurch–based LED wholesaler with a 10-person team, had centralized customer records in Sage ACT! but still relied on manual Excel-based quoting. Staff had to search catalogs, type item details and attach documents by hand, which caused pricing and product errors, slow retrieval and limited visibility—so they sought a quoting solution that integrated with ACT! and reduced human error.
