To meet aggressive sales and service goals they had to stop working from disconnected systems, make quoting repeatable and visible, keep remote reps in sync, and link CRM, ERP and estimating so customer relationships — not just products — drove repeat sales and service revenue.
Tempest implemented and integrated GoldMine (CRM), QuoteWerks (estimating) and an M2M Link to Made2Manage ERP, customized workflows, automated territory assignment, provided training and remote synchronization. The result was a centralized customer repository, synchronized order and sales data, consistent quote/forecasting processes, faster, more organized customer responses, and better lead capture from support — improving productivity and sales visibility while supporting growth with a leaner staff.
