Using Quorum and its Outbox product, Walmart was able to streamline outreach by quickly finding legislative contacts, sending personalized messages to multiple offices at once, and logging interactions in member profiles. Quorum also helped Walmart track relationships with policymakers through network graphs and analytical tools, cutting outreach time from about two hours a day to just minutes while making communications more personal and strategic.
