Case Study: Eroc drives over 6,000 comments with Quorum

End Rape on Campus (EROC), a nonprofit focused on ending campus sexual violence, needed a better way to mobilize grassroots advocates around a proposed U.S. Department of Education regulation on how schools handle sexual assault. The organization used Quorum Grassroots and Quorum Federal to make a complex federal commenting process more accessible and to help advocates understand and respond to the Title IX rule change.

With Quorum, EROC launched an embedded action center that guided supporters through a “Mad Libs” style comment template, while partner sites provided education and context around the issue. Quorum’s reporting tools and UTM tracking helped EROC measure participation and sources, and the campaign ultimately generated over 6,000 comments out of 100,000 total on the regulation, far exceeding expectations and giving EROC detailed insight into who participated and how they were mobilized.
