American Society of Anesthesiologists Grows Grassroots Network With Quorum

The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) partnered with Quorum after struggling with an older grassroots tool that made it difficult to grow its advocate list and report on advocacy actions. ASA needed a more complete internal system to communicate with supporters, track engagement, and make it easier for members to join and participate in its grassroots network.

Using Quorum’s Action Center, Outbox, and interaction logging tools, ASA built a streamlined advocacy program that lets supporters register, receive educational advocacy training, contact legislators, and log meetings. Quorum also gave ASA stronger analytics to track growth and activity, helping the organization follow up more effectively and motivate participation. The result was a noticeable increase in the ASA Grassroots Network and more active member engagement.
