The Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) needed to efficiently monitor policy activity across all 50 states and the federal government for its 600+ member companies. Its challenge was to track a growing number of bills, amendments, and hearings to stay ahead of developments and avoid missing critical information that required a rapid response.

Using Quorum's state and federal legislative tracking software, RMAI built a customized system around its 48 policy priorities. The solution from Quorum enabled the team to more than double its legislative coverage, tracking 771 bills in 2026 compared to 318 in the previous cycle. This resulted in earlier discovery of key legislation, allowing for more effective advocacy, such as successfully influencing a bill in Louisiana without a costly campaign, and providing timely updates to members.
