A QuizGame Case Study
Türk Telekom faced the challenge of quickly training and aligning 22,000 employees after the merger of Türk Telekom, Avea and TTNet, needing to communicate post-merger HR strategy and company processes at scale. As Türk Telekom Academy explored distance-learning options, they chose the gamified learning platform QuizGame (developed by Pixofun) to deliver interactive, short-form content and competitive learning experiences.
Using QuizGame, HR and the Academy created 68 questions and assigned the game to 13,000 employees, leveraging multiple game modes, a Duel feature, and automated recall of incorrectly answered questions to reinforce learning. The impact was measurable: incorrect answers fell from 56% at the end of week one to 22% by week two, 72% of assigned employees logged in and spent an average of one hour (~12% of total distance-learning time), and feedback was highly positive, prompting Türk Telekom to expand gamification and launch a company game portal.
