Garanti Pension, a leading Turkish personal retirement provider, needed to improve voluntary employee participation in training, efficiently transfer intensive regulatory and product knowledge, and increase retention of that knowledge. To meet these challenges, Garanti Pension adopted the QuizGame platform to digitalize and reinforce its training program.

Using QuizGame, Garanti Pension converted more than 40 courses into video modules paired with quizzes, shortened in-class sessions (from 10 days to 2) and added spaced-repetition quizzes and gamified contests with rewards. As a result, training costs dropped while outcomes were maintained: incorrect answers on the top item fell from 45 to 10 (a 77.77% reduction), voluntary participation rose to 52.76% (vs. ~25–30% typical), and QuizGame’s features improved knowledge reinforcement and adoption across the company.
