Fenesta, India’s largest windows and doors brand (part of DCM Shriram Group), faced growing delays and errors processing sales Project Feasibility requests across 327+ cities. Their manual, email-based workflow left sales executives without visibility, required time-consuming follow-ups, and took 3–4 days to determine feasibility—putting customer conversions and satisfaction at risk. Quixy was engaged to address these issues using the Quixy platform.

Quixy implemented an automated feasibility workflow on the Quixy platform with Unique Requisition IDs, mandatory form fields, business-rule validations, automated notifications and audit timestamps. The result: more than 50% time savings, SLA adherence over 99%, elimination of manual follow-ups, and turnaround reduced from 3–4 days to about 2–3 hours—delivering real-time status to sales teams and measurable TAT reporting.
