Vasa Museet, one of northern Europe's top attractions with 1.3 million annual visitors and up to 10,000 visitors a day, faced fast-changing schedules, seasonal peaks (up to ~80 hourly staff in summer) and poor communication with a largely student workforce. To solve rostering, shift-swapping and mobile access issues they implemented Quinyx’s workforce management and mobile scheduling solution.

Quinyx enabled Vasa Museet to plan schedules more than a month ahead, eliminate multiple conflicting schedule versions, and give employees a mobile app for swaps and approvals. The transition was smooth with little support needed, staff adoption was rapid, and Guide Manager Peter Rydebjörk reports scheduling time fell from roughly 40–50% of his workload to less than half of that — freeing significant time and improving staff empowerment and communication.
