Tory Burch, the mid-luxury fashion brand with more than 300 stores worldwide, needed a better way to organize and track tasks across its growing North American store network. Quinyx implemented Employee Hub as a central place for tasks, files, training updates, and store history, replacing scattered emails and disconnected systems. With Quinyx, Tory Burch improved day-to-day operational efficiency, strengthened inventory management, and made it easier for managers to access information and stay engaged; the company reported a “huge improvement” in efficiency and better visibility into what stores had started and completed.
