Vinmonopolet, the Norwegian Wine Monopoly with 314 stores and 2,500 employees, needed a Workforce Management solution to save store managers time and improve the in‑store customer experience. They selected Quinyx as their vendor and will deploy Quinyx's Schedule, Time, Communication (with mobile apps) and Forecast & Budget modules to meet those needs.

Quinyx implemented a suite that centralizes scheduling, time tracking, staff communication and demand forecasting to give Vinmonopolet comprehensive control over staffing and operations. The vendor outperformed other suppliers in Vinmonopolet’s evaluations, and Quinyx’s deployment is expected to reduce manager administration time and improve customer service through better-aligned staffing and real-time communication.
