Nexeye, which operates more than 700 eye care stores across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria, was managing rosters in an Excel sheet stored on a server, making schedule changes hard to communicate and difficult for employees to access from home. Quinyx implemented an app-based scheduling and time-tracking solution that lets managers and employees view rosters on their phones, receive push notifications for changes, and punch in and out digitally. The platform also helps Nexeye assign the right specialists to the right shifts and automatically sends clocked hours to payroll. Through an API connection to Nexeye’s business analytics tool, Quinyx delivers nightly data transfers, saving time on processing and giving the company clearer store-level insights for improvement.
