How Papa John's reduced their labour cost with up to 15% in just three months

Papa John’s, the international pizza chain with more than 350 UK stores, faced six workforce-management challenges — no real-time sales forecasting, manual scheduling, poor communication, rising order and store volumes for franchisees, and pressure on KPIs — that were capping growth. To tackle this they ran an 8‑week trial of Quinyx’s workforce management solution across three stores in summer 2016.
