Gudrun Sjödén, the Scandinavian fashion retailer, was struggling with a complex rostering system that couldn’t handle varied shift patterns across its stores. In June 2015 the company piloted and then adopted Quinyx’s workforce management solution at their flagship Stockholm store before rolling it out to their other five Swedish stores.

Quinyx delivered an easy-to-use scheduling and time-logging platform that was simple to implement and scale; after rollout across six Swedish stores and roughly 140 employees it returned managers’ time to the shop floor, improved visibility and control over hours and costs, simplified daily/weekly/monthly scheduling, and made it quick to cover sick shifts—saving time and reducing administrative overhead.
