The rollout cut GANT’s average scheduling, planning and follow‑up time by 75%, gave managers clearer control of scheduled vs. worked hours and reduced total scheduled hours, and greatly improved internal communication via the Quinyx app, which employees use daily to view schedules, certify hours and request leave.
