NSP (Nordic Service Partners), the largest Burger King franchisee in the Nordics with 60 Burger King restaurants (and franchisee of KFC in Sweden and TGI Friday’s in Denmark), faced inefficient workforce management driven by Excel-based scheduling and disconnected systems. To modernize rostering and payroll processes they evaluated vendors and selected Quinyx for its easy integration with their POS and all-in-one workforce management capabilities.
Quinyx implemented its Budget, Forecast, Schedule and Time & Attendance modules across all restaurants and integrated the platform with the existing POS, plus provided a web portal and mobile app for staff. The Quinyx solution increased scheduling flexibility, improved the quality of time reports, gave employees convenient access to schedules, and saved managers significant time—about one full day per month—while enabling short-notice changes and better operational control.
