Student Information System for Online Schools

On Track School, an online business-learning program in Menifee, CA with 57 students, struggled with records spread across multiple places and a teacher-centric system that made compiling information for accreditation and reporting difficult. To centralize data and streamline reporting, they adopted QuickSchools’ student information system in December 2012.

QuickSchools delivered a cloud-based SIS with centralized reporting, a disciplinary action portal, automated transcripts, online registration, and administrative tools, plus delivered requested report and discipline enhancements. As a result, staff and teachers became proficient with the system, paper registration was replaced by an online link, Wanda Ezell’s administrative workload eased, and the school can now quickly produce reports and transcripts for accreditation, parents, and students.
