IMEX Delivers an Intensely Personal Event Experience

Imex Group, the organization behind IMEX America and IMEX in Frankfurt, needed a better way to personalize the event experience for multiple attendee types and connect its website, registration system, and mobile app more seamlessly. Working with QuickMobile, it adopted the QuickMobile enterprise multi-event app platform to expand scheduling, improve access to event information, and give exhibitors and attendees more reasons to engage.

QuickMobile built a full API with live data from the website and registration platform, enabled two-way syncing of personal schedules, and created a menu matrix to tailor content by user type. The results were strong: IMEX America saw 151,000+ app opens, nearly 860 hours spent in the app, 327,000+ in-app impressions, and 53,000 pre-scheduled meetings, while IMEX in Frankfurt recorded a 600%+ increase in usage and more than 65,000 appointments.
