Jive Software, a provider of enterprise social networking solutions, needed to create a mobile experience for its annual JiveWorld conference that would engage its highly tech-savvy audience. The challenge for the vendor, QuickMobile, was to develop an app that would project a cutting-edge image, drive attendee participation, and support the company's sustainability goals by replacing printed materials.

QuickMobile implemented a mobile event app that served as the platform for an extensive gamification strategy, developed in partnership with Bunchball. The solution featured badges, photo and tweet leaderboards, and daily challenges to encourage networking and participation. This resulted in a 104% adoption rate, over 10,000 event tweets, and a 108% increase in photo sharing, contributing to an overall conference rating of 4.6 out of 5.
