Tredagain (formerly Austin Footwear Labs) is an Austin-based brand that turns recycled tire rubber into comfortable flip‑flops using a proprietary devulcanization process. Launched in 2015 as an eCommerce-first business selling on WooCommerce, Amazon and at events via Shopify POS, the company grew to two warehouses and ~60 SKUs—and found its Excel-based inventory system couldn’t scale across channels, locations and planned international expansion, eating up costly CFO time.

After a short trial, Tredagain adopted TradeGecko and integrated it with WooCommerce, Shopify POS, QuickBooks Online and ShipStation to centralize inventory, reporting and order workflows.
