Tierra Blanca is a family-run microbrewery in Oaxaca that crafts beers from local ingredients (coffee, tamala pumpkin) and has quickly built a local following. Facing a largely uneducated Mexican market for craft beer, limited local sales (about 2,000 L) versus a 9,000 L monthly capacity, and the need to expand into other cities while keeping customer relationships and orders organized, the founders needed a simple, mobile-friendly way to manage inventory and demand.
They implemented TradeGecko’s cloud inventory and sales platform at launch, using Sales Orders, Intelligence reports, and the Mobile Sales App to keep stock, client data, and forecasts up to date. The system let them capture orders on the go, analyze demand trends, and maintain closer relationships with restaurants and distributors—supporting marketing activities, tastings and early expansion into markets like Tijuana and Mexico City while preparing to scale to full capacity.
