The Skincare Company - Customer Case Study

The Skincare Company, founded by cosmetic nurse Joanne Auld, makes clinically backed cosmeceuticals sold wholesale to 42 Australian stockists and via an eCommerce store to Australia and New Zealand. As the business grew to a team of eight, Joanne and Managing Director Tim struggled with fragmented systems for ordering, shipping and inventory forecasting, which made managing backorders and scaling the B2B and multichannel model difficult.

They implemented TradeGecko to unify operations and integrate with WooCommerce, Xero, Inventory Planner, StarShipIT and Salesforce, plus TradeGecko’s B2B storefront, payments and mobile sales app. The single dashboard simplified order and inventory management, improved backorder handling and customer ordering, and freed the team to focus on growth—supporting plans to expand the sales team and international shipping while delivering a more efficient, scalable operation.
