Case Study: SUPACAZ (cycling gear brand) streamlines B2B inventory and scales to 1,000+ stores with QuickBooks Commerce

A QuickBooks Commerce Case Study

Preview of the SUPACAZ Case Study

Reinventing the wheel for cycling gear & B2B eCommerce

SUPACAZ is a California-born cycling brand founded in 2010 by former pro cyclist Anthony Sinyard that blends high performance with bold, customizable design. As the business expanded from colorful bar tape into grips, cages and apparel and built an international distributor network, managing hundreds of color variants and a predominantly B2B wholesale customer base created major inventory and order-management challenges.

SUPACAZ USA implemented QuickBooks Commerce’s B2B eCommerce and inventory platform—using its flexible PO/invoicing tools, mobile app for 10 sales reps, and integrations with WooCommerce, ShipStation and CartRover—to centralize orders, sync offline sales, and track COGS. The result is streamlined workflows, real-time reporting and demand forecasting, and the ability to efficiently serve more than 1,000 stores across the U.S. while better handling pre-orders and variant-heavy inventory.
